2010 Journal January
Well, here is my first month journal, all finished except for the entries. The pine tree to the left was taken from an after Christmas drive home in Michigan through the U.P.The lady to the right is a watercolor of my great Aunt Irene. I left the middle white to represent snow. I've really had a lot of fun so far with this. I hope I can make it through all 12 months.

Pioneer Spirit
This is my grandmother, as a girl and some of her family. They lived in Northern Michigan. Grandma talked about putting in a little garden with a neighbor, a Native American boy.
